I bought this saw as I just needed something simple for a bit of logging of small logs snedding up and felling small trees which I had previously been using a bigger saw to do. This is a great light weight option with plenty of power especially with the 14″ bar on. I think it’s one of stihls best value for money saws and if you just need something a little more gutsy than a 181 then this ticks the boxes.

Lovely bit of kit for logging the limbs of oak trees.
Starts sweet and light to handle.
Radmore & Tucker delivered the following day like they always do

Perfect little saw.
This saw starts without a primer and is light enough to be comfortable for long hours of work.
It is designed as a deluxe domestic saw but i have been using it for felling, fencing and clearing large estates and it has no problem felling large hardwoods (so long as you know what your doing). It is a great all rounder with noticeably more power than the budget saws and still with the .50 pico chain making it quick to remove material, and chains/bars cheap to replace. Ideal back up saw for professionals or an all round estate saw, or those likely to spend hours felling small/medium trees ad preparing firewood. I would not hesitate to buy again.

Purchased for logging small trees and preparing firewood. A very good, powerful saw, the 14inch bar is fine.
Service from Radmore & Tucker was excellent.

Awesome Saw. Got it to replace an old 024 & 018C. As both 20 years old.
Great new kit with many updates.
Using for Firewood, small tree felling etc.
As always a great service from Radmore & Tucker. Both online & when ringing in with questions.
Many thanks.

This is the third MS 211 that I have purchased. All still working. Ideal for the hazel and small chestnut coppicing work in my woodland being light and robust. Radmore and Tucker delivered swiftly at a good price. Will use them again.

Purchased to tackle larger logs i.e. 60cm for new log burner went with the 16″ for expansion to larger jobs!
Other suppliers where unreliable, Radmore & Tucker offered sound advice at a competitive price and delivered the goods as described. Highley recommend both this saw for ease of use and the supplier for their excellent service.

I bought this saw as my previous Husqvana 142 finally gave up after 12 years. Best saw I have ever had the pleasure of using. Light, well balanced with the 14″ bar, easy starter, plenty of power, ideal for the jobs around our smallholding. Currently I have 40 poplars to fell and log and it is making short work of this task. Very pleased with the purchase and I would thoroughly recommend both the product and the service.

Great saw with plenty of power and noticeably more gutsy than our ms181.
The service from radmore and tucker was second to none ordered at 14:30 and pick up at 15:30. Would highly recommend the saw and the supplier.

My trusty Stihl 025 Chainsaw is 23 years old and getting tired. After much research I picked on the Stihl MS211, which although is not a direct comparison to the more powerful 025 (now the MS250) looked very good and competitively priced. Radmore and Tucker’s price was the best I could find. Delivery was free and arrived promptly next day. Excellent service.
I have used the MS211 extensively since receiving it last week, being careful to run it in for the first 5 tankfuls, and I am really pleased with it. The only thing I am keeping an eye on is the oil delivery to the chain. There is no adjustment and there does not seem to be a visible oil throw from top of chain. The oil level does however go down – roughly 2 fuel tanks to 1 tank of oil, so it must be delivering and there is no sign of chain/bar overheating. It does worry me slightly though.
I shall definitely use Radmore and Tucker again and would thoroughly recommend them.

Purchased the ms 211 due to my ms 180 getting stolen. Wanted something with a bit more power. Very impressed on it’s first outing.
Fast delivery by Radmore and Tucker as usual.

Before buying this saw I phoned R&T to ask for some advice and the guy I spoke to was really helpful. I ordered this with the 16″ bar to replace a very old saw that final gave up, I have a 6 acre plot with a lot of trees. This saw is great and makes short work of cutting smaller trees and logging them. I contemplated an 18″ bar but the 16″ is good for over 95% of what I use it for.
Starting the saw took a bit of getting used to, but once I master that it started reliably and easily.
Great service from R&T, well done to you all, the saw and a few other bits I ordered arrived on the day I asked and the price for all the stuff I bought could not be beaten. I’ll be needing a new brush cutter later this year and R&T will be my first choice
