Product Description

The Stihl FSA65 Cordless Grass Strimmer is a light, quiet but powerful battery-powered grass trimmer that is ideal for thinning grass in large gardens.

It has a 300mm cutting diameter, which is perfect for covering larger areas in no time. It uses an AutoCut C 4-2 mowing head with 2.0mm mowing line, which means it can get through tougher grass with ease, and you won’t even need to wear ear defenders as it’s so quiet.

It’s also very simple to extend the mowing line from the head – just tap the head on the ground and the mowing line automatically extends.

The FSA 65 is part of the AP System PRO Cordless range of tools, with interchangeable batteries – it is not compatible with the AK batteries in the COMPACT AK Cordless System.

  • Run time on AP 200 battery: Up to 60 minutes

Handle
With the thumbscrew, the pre-assembled, ergonomic loop handle can be adjusted to the desired position without tools.

Hanging loop
Hang your cordless brushcutter securely on a wall to save space using the loop in the handle housing.

Safety locking button
All STIHL battery products have a locking button with which you can lock the device. This prevents the grass trimmer starting unintentionally when a live battery is inserted.

STIHL Electric Motor (EC)
The STIHL electric motor (EC) is extremely energy efficient, lightweight and compact. It runs quietly, generates very low vibrations and does not require servicing.

Loop handle
The loop handle is ideal for working in confined spaces, eg tidying between shrubs and bushes.

    Great product. Only gripe is that there didn’t seem to be any instructions for rewinding new cord onto the spool. Found a video on google but haven’t had to try it yet.
