    Excellent product, bought to replace a Bosch shrub cutter and a definite step up in quality with a very good battery life. Light but powerful the grass cutting attachment was particularly effective on tough ornamental grasses. Not a great fan of the box/case, would have preferred the ability to hang the tool directly on the wall with my HSA 56 trimmers and blower. Usual very fast next day delivery service from Radmore & Tucker.

    Really fast delivery. Grass cutter worked a dream out of the box, but after a couple of days it stopped cutting, just waggled the grass back and forth and debris was getting caught between the blades. Tried sharpening the top cutter blade as per the manual, improved things slightly but still quite ineffective. Decided to dress the bottom cutter to give a sharp edge again – the trouble with this is that it’s hardened, so a file won’t touch it – had to use a diamond stone. This got it working again, but I might need to invest in a small grinder for future use.
