Laser-cut diamond-ground blades

A liittle heavy, but the weight is give and without the cord so you know what you are letting yourself in for. Compaired to the ‘cheao’ hedge cutters I have owned/used this one is 1) quieter, 2) smoother in operation, less vibration 3) decent reach with a 70cm cutting length 4) decent molded finish to plastic parts.

This Strimmer is the best I have ever used. I have 3 very stubborn well established hedges ranging from 2m high and around 11m in length around my land. I have burnt through 3 different strimmers in the last 6 years attempting to maintain these hedges …. so this time round I decided to go for the top of the range with a well-established company.
The Stihl HSE81 650W made very simple work of not just trimming but reducing the height – easily cutting through branches an inch thick and the length of the cutting blade is brilliant. It may be slightly on the heavy side for some though.
