Easy start engine (ReadyStart)
Thanks to the ReadyStart technology, the engine of the STIHL petrol lawn mower can be reliably started up with minimal effort both during cold and warm starting.
Self-propelled
Self-propelled STIHL lawn mowers take the effort out of lawn mowing. The drive mechanism propels the mower without it physically having to be pushed. This makes working easier, especially on large lawns and inclines.
Vario self-drive
The Vario self-propulsion enables individual adaptation of the speed of the STIHL lawn mower to personal mowing habits and lawn conditions. The mowing speed can be infinitely varied using the control lever on the handlebar.
Highlift blade
The highlift blade gives a precise finish to the lawn and ensures optimal filling of the grass catcher box. The blade creates a strong air current in the housing, which makes the grass stand upright before cutting and efficiently carries the clippings into the catcher box using an integrated and powerful air flow system.
Fold-open grass catcher box with level indicator
The plastic grass catcher box can be easily opened and emptied thanks to its folding mechanism. The current of air produced during mowing blows the clippings into the grass catcher box and ensures a high degree of filling. Thanks to the downward-facing vanes, the air is guided sideways towards the ground, preventing dirt from being thrown up. The level indicator signals the correct time for emptying.
Smooth running wheels
The smooth running wheels of the STIHL lawn mowers are extremely robust and hard-wearing. They have been equipped with a traction pattern and directional stability tread pattern for effortless manoeuvring and to help hold perfect line during mowing.
Super soft grip
The super soft grip is comfortable to hold, especially when used over longer periods.
Carrying handles
This STIHL lawn mower is equipped with carrying handles to make transport simple and loading easy. The carrying handles are also suitable as lashing points for securing the lawn mower with a strap during transport.
Mono-comfort handlebar
The foldable mono-comfort handlebar provides for easy handling during mowing and removal of the grass catcher box. Moreover, the STIHL lawn mower can be stored and transported in a space-saving manner. The handlebar can be adapted to your body height without using tools and ensures ergonomic working.

Central cutting height adjustment
The central cutting height adjustment is spring-loaded, which makes it easy to set the desired cutting height in several settings. The current height is indicated by a scale.
Mulching function
During mulching, the mulching blade shreds the mown grass before it falls back into the turf as a nutritional fertiliser. And with the appropriate mulching kit available as an optional accessory for this lawn mower, the machine can also be converted into a Multi-mower.

Really can’t fault this lawnmower, or the service received from Radmore & Tucker. If you are thinking of buying, then get in there quick, their package is unbeatable! As with all Stihl products, really well thought out, excellent quality all round, brilliant cut. Was worried that the minimum 25mm cut would not be close enough, I was wrong it is perfect. Engine is the EVC 300, lovely sounding engine, the sound of summer! Nice weight, I can easily pick up and put in the back of my Polo to cut other lawns. I looked at cheaper mowers, but glad I didn’t waste my money, they don’t come anywhere near Stihl! Single handle is great for access to the brilliant grass box, easy to fold down, great idea, quality! This latest Stihl purchase will add to my Stihl war chest of tools for me to enjoy! Go on treat yourself, forget the rest, buy the best!!
