Ease of Use

We believe that the design of our site provides an easy and intuitive way to find the products you require. Either select from the Product Categories in the main menu, use other sections such as Special Offers or Best Sellers to find what you are looking for. You can also simply enter a keyword in the search box at the top of the page to search our entire site or refine your search by searching in a specific category. Please note that all weights and measurements given on the website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly.


All prices are subject to confirmation. We are constantly monitoring online prices to ensure that we remain as competitive as possible, therefore they may differ from prices in store.


WARNING – Do not use gardening tools such as chain saws unless you are competent at handling such tools. These tools can be dangerous in the wrong hands or even lethal. Before using all gardening tools or equipment always read any accompanying instructions fully. If you are unsure about how to use a particular tool or item of equipment, ask an expert to show you how to use them properly and safely. We recommend that you always use a circuit breaker when working with electricity, particularly when working outdoors using items such as electric lawnmowers and strimmer’s. As an extra precaution, always wear sturdy shoes and other protective clothing and equipment when working with potentially dangerous tools and equipment.

Stihl Internet Selling Policy

In the wrong, often unskilled hands, garden and forestry machinery can be potentially dangerous. This is why we consider the Internet to be an inappropriate forum for the sale of STIHL products. When an Authorised STIHL Dealer sells a chainsaw or any other STIHL product we expect them to have personal contact with each customer. This ensures that the correct product is selected for their particular requirement, an appropriate handover is carried out to provide awareness of safety precautions and the correct use of each tool, at an appropriate level to suit each individual STIHL customer.

Radmore & Tucker’s Policy

As an authorised STIHL dealer, we fully understand STIHL’s stance with regard to remote selling of their products. With that in mind, we will only sell STIHL products where their criteria is adhered to.

Fortunately, because of our substantial distribution network to the trade, we cover a significant part of the South of the UK with our own delivery vehicles. This enables us to prepare, test and hand over products personally to customers within selected post code areas, if required.

With our own delivery service that covers the whole of the South West of England we are able to deliver directly to the following postcode areas on a regular basis: EX – PL – TQ – TR – BS – TA – GL – DT – BA – SN – SP – BH – NP

We deliver to all these post codes twice a week so items will normally be delivered to you within 5 working days (subject to stock and availability). Of course, you can always visit us in the shop to collect your items in person.

NB: We are often able to arrange delivery outside of our regular area, so please e-mail or call us to see if this can be arranged.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience that this might cause you, however this is the manufacturer’s policy that we have to abide by in order to continue to supply Stihl products.

Please note: this policy applies to Stihl machines only – you may purchase products from any other brand through this site and have them delivered directly on a next day service (subject to stock and availability).
