Delivery Info

DELIVERY IS FREE for all orders over £75 (inc. VAT) to UK Mainland (Ride on Mowers excluded if out of our delivery radius).

Orders under £75 (inc. VAT) are £5.95 (inc. VAT) 

Scottish Highlands and Isles – Carriage is a flat rate of £5.95 inc. VAT regardless of order value, due to the premium we get charged from our couriers.

Northern Ireland – Carriage is a flat rate of £9.99 inc. VAT regardless of order value, due to the premium we get charged from our couriers.

Express Next Working Day Delivery is available on most orders (if you order by 2pm) Please allow an extra day for long items such as Brush Cutters to Northern Ireland. This applies to IN STOCK items on the item page only.

Saturday Delivery (please order before 2pm Friday) 

We offer delivery throughout the whole of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) and most orders are processed same day if you checkout before 2pm (Monday-Friday, subject to stock availability). 

Typical delivery times increase by +1 day for Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship larger items which need to be palletised, such as mowers, tillers and ride-on mowers to Northern Ireland.

We use a range of courier services and our own delivery vehicles to make sure our customers get the very best service.

Channel Islands – Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Channel Islands.

DPD

The majority of our parcels are dispatched via DPD. On the day of dispatch you will receive a text / email with the approximate time your parcel will be delivered (normally a 1hr delivery window is given). Please note however, it is your responsibility to ensure you are available when the courier attempts delivery as not all courier firms have the facility to call ahead. If the time given is unsuitable, it is highly recommended that you rearrange delivery of your parcel by replying directly to DPD via the text/email or you can request that your parcel is left in a safe place or with a neighbour.

All our consignments via all our couriers require a signature at point of delivery.  If you, the customer, change this to leave safe via the courier service then this is your responsibility and we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or stolen via this method.

DX

Pall-Ex (Larger Items) Such as Lawn Mowers and Heavy Items

We use Pallex (premium next day service) to distribute larger items such as larger lawnmowers and these will arrive on a pallet and securely packaged.  If you live in the Highlands (IV, PA KW, KA postcodes), please note that there will be a charge of £40 inc vat, we will call you for payment once the order is placed.  We do not palletised deliveries  to Northern Ireland. Radmore & Tucker Fleet

For larger Garden & Farm Machinery items (such as Ride-On Tractors) we have a comprehensive distribution network covering most of the South West, South East, South Wales & West Midlands (including Devon, Cornwall, Dorset, Somerset, Bristol, Wiltshire, Gloucester etc.) with our own delivery vehicles and our drivers are able to prepare, test, inspect and hand over products within selected postcode areas.

Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order & to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made & another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.

Any missing items or damaged items will need to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery date. Please note that ride-on mowers and certain accessories delivered outside the area serviced by our own transport may be subject to carriage charges dependent upon destination. We reserve the right to apply carriage on certain orders after the order has been placed, with your consent.


Stock Level Guide

In Stock

This means we physically have the stock in our warehouse ready for fast dispatch. Usually delivered within 1-2 working days and in most cases when ordered before 3pm, you will receive your delivery the next working day.

Often, we will also display stock levels on a product if they are close to running low.

In Stock Usually dispatches within 7 to 10 working days’

This usually means an order has already been placed with the manufacturer/distributor and we’re awaiting (regular) delivery of this item. This may also mean we’re able to attach it to an existing order we’ve already placed, or we can specifically request this item from our suppliers in a good turnaround window, ready to send out.

This is dependent on size & weight of items. Whilst we make every effort to deliver within the working days advised this is provided as a guide only. Should you require your order by a specific date please contact our sales team who will do all they can to assist. If there is an issue with stock we will notify you as soon as we can via telephone / email.

As we work with dozens of suppliers, who manufacture items all over the world with complex supply chains – most of these estimates are based on our experience of what we can realistically expect and wherever possible, will be sent out sooner.

Out of Stock

This means an item is unavailable for order. This may mean this product has been discontinued, superseded or there may be supply chain issues or Radmore & Tucker have chosen to no longer stock an item for a wide range of reasons. Where possible, we will make every endeavor to offer customers an alternative/similar item.
