DELIVERY IS FREE for orders over £95 (inc. VAT) (†exclusions apply).
Collection is available for local customers in EX and TQ postcode. Please select this option at checkout and we will call you when your order is ready – Please bring a form of ID with you.
Large Mowers and Tillers/post drivers/log splitters – postcodes within:”KW” “IV” “PA” “PH” “AB” “DD” “KY” “EH” “TD” “KA” “FK” “HS” “ZE” “KY”. will incur a pallet rate of £50 (plus VAT). We will call you for carriage fee.
Orders under £95 (inc. VAT) are £5.95 (inc. VAT).
NORTHERN IRELAND AND SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS – £24.99 (inc. VAT) regardless of order value.
Express Next Working Day Delivery is available on most orders £14.99 (inc. VAT) if you order by 2:30pm. Please allow an extra day for long items such as Brush Cutters to Northern Ireland. This applies to IN STOCK items on the item page only.
Saturday and Sunday Delivery (please order before 1pm Friday) £14.99 (inc. VAT)
We offer delivery throughout the whole of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales & Northern Ireland) and most orders are processed same day if you checkout before 1pm (Monday-Friday, subject to stock availability).
Typical delivery times increase by +1 day for Scottish Highlands/Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles and Northern Ireland. Mowers that need to be palletised cannot be shipped to Northern Ireland.
We use a range of courier services and our own delivery vehicles to make sure our customers get the very best service.
Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland – Unfortunately, we cannot ship to the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland
We do not ship internationally

*Ride-On Mowers have FREE DELIVERY within a 75 miles of Exeter EX2 9FB. Please call for carriage quote if outside of this area.
**Due to limitations with our courier service, we’re currently unable to deliver selected professional (larger) mowers to Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands. If this applies, it will be listed on the product page.
DPD
We use DPD. Please note that if you change your item to leave safe, this is at your own risk and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen.
Please note it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to accept delivery of your order & to notify us of any access restrictions to your property. If delivery cannot be made & another date is required for re-delivery an additional cost may be applied. This will be at our discretion.
Any missing items or damaged items will need to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery date. Please note that ride-on mowers and certain accessories delivered outside the area serviced by our own transport may be subject to carriage charges dependent upon destination. Please contact us for further details.
We reserve the right to apply carriage on certain orders after the order has been placed, with your consent.
