Delivery Guide

We only ship to UK Mainland and we offer free delivery to residents of the UK Mainland (excluding Scottish Highlands/Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland) for all orders over £100.00 ex vat. (Subject to stock availability)

Orders below that amount are subject to £5.00 + vat delivery charge. If you wish your products to be delivered to an address in the Scottish Highlands/Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland) (Scottish Highlands postcodes include AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50) (Scottish Islands postcodes include HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78, PH42-44, ZE1-3) then delivery will be charged at £15.00 + vat per box, depending on size this may vary. (Please call us for prices on larger machines as this will often be more).

Delivery is normally the next working day for orders received before 2pm  – subject to stock and availability. In the event that your order will take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.

Any missing items or damaged items will need to be notified to us within 48 hours of delivery date. Please note that ride-on mowers and certain accessories delivered outside the area serviced by our own transport may be subject to carriage charges dependent upon destination. Please contact us for details.

Confirmation email with text message delivery notification.
After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatch text or email when dispatched. If you don’t see this in your email inbox please check your spam folder as the security on some email accounts are set to high. We currently offer three delivery text messages to recipients ordering small items and handheld machines that go via DPD. Please note all larger bulky items will be delivered via TNT therefore the text service wont be available.

DPD Predict & Follow My Parcel
DPD is the most innovative parcel carrier around. Thanks to its industry-leading Predict service, they provide parcel recipients with a one hour delivery window, notified by SMS and email, so you don’t have to wait in all day.

Personal Service
To give a SMS and email notifications that personal touch, DPD even tell you the name of the DPD driver, as well as the position in their delivery queue.

In-flight Options
As well as keeping you informed at every stage of the journey, we believe in maximising choice and convenience. That’s why they provide access to a suite of options both on the day of delivery and the night before, allowing you to take delivery of your goods in a way that suits. If you wish to reschedule, you can:

  • Select an alternative delivery date
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour
  • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place
  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop
