These chainsaw gloves from SIP Protection feature rubber anti-skid reinforcement in the palm and fingers of both hands for added grip, and Class 1 chainsaw cut protection on the back of both hands, adhering to EN 381-7:1999. The wearer will be protected against chainsaw speeds of up to 20m/s on the back of the hands, conforming to Design A of EN 381-7, while an elastic cuff also features artery protection. Breathable polyamide/spandex inserts on top of the hand provide better dexterity, strong aramid stitching provides excellent durability, and lively colour on the upper provides better visibility. The gloves also comply to EN 388:2016 standards, with Class 3, 1, 3, 1 protection against abrasion, blade cuts, tearing and punctures, respectively.

    Good quality, well made gloves and fit well (used the size guide on the SIP Protection website). They meet the latest compliance standards which is reassuring as well. As a left-hander it was important for me to get protection on my right hand so these gloves made sense. A great price too.

    Good service and good gloves. Very solid and reassuring feel to them. Look more solid than comparable Stihl ones I already have. My palm width is just under 10cm and the large fit perfectly. Hope that helps. I think the sizing goes from 8cm to 12cm in 1cm increase. It would be better if it said this alongside S to XXL sizing
