    This is the best lopper I’ve ever had. The most expensive but you only get what you pay for. Lightweight, great for using up a ladder, goes from 1.3 m to 3.2m, (most others are only about 2.6m) in 3 sections so great for transportation with positive spring clips into holes so easy to locate with added thumb screws but to be fair aren’t required. The quality rubber grip handle 33 inches long is great for comfort. Does a great job, either on the ground or up a ladder, cuts cleanly with the loppers, nice strong spring and even the saw blade which i didn’t really want is super sharp.
    The only negative which i find strange with such a quality tool is the orange plastic type rope it came with. Cheap, poor quality, tangled easy, burnt your hands and was 33 inches to short! So you lost 33 inches of use and when the rope swung away was really difficult to reach. I over come this by ordering some 6mm quality platted rope off the internet which goes to the end of the pole as it should.
    The product took 4 days to arrive so not as good as other companies i use and despite emailing customer services regarding the short poor quality rope the day it arrived i heard nothing. Emailed them again a week later they said they had passed it to the parts dept. Now two weeks later i still haven’t heard from them.
    This is a quality item which i do recommend that just needs re threaded with quality rope. Slow delivery and poor after sales from customer services. Had it not been for the hassle with the rope i would have given it 5 stars.

    I’ve never used a pole saw before and I’ve not used these yet but they look and feel of good quality and should be very useful. Price and service from Radmore & Tucker was excellent as always.

    The best price (delivered) I could find and came quickly. Not used it yet but has several good features. The oval pole is strong and light and easily adjusted with firm fixings. Good long rubber grip. Blades look very convincing (waiting for leaves to fall before using), Really seems a good value buy…
