Chopping is often faster than sawing or cutting. The NATA is a cross between a knife and an axe. It is forged in SKS-51 (JIS) steel and the special Genki rubber grip absorbs the shock very well: the vibrations are hardly transmitted to the hand or arm.

    Very well made, shaving sharp out of the box and more heft than a traditional machete, equals a tool that requires very little effort to use. Very similar to a hatchet but with three times the cutting edge. I would definitely recommend this tool, it would be really good tool for the bush crafting community.
