    I asked Husqvarna for part no. of chain for E420 EL.
    Husqvarna replied, “The chain article number is : 585 40 42-40″.
    Technically correct.
    Wrong length @ 10”.
    Agent was very helpful and addressed the issue.
    It turned out that I needed 16″ chain (585 40 42-56), which he kindly provided.

    Good result and trees pruned.
