Assembly instructions appeared minimal, but sufficed. Curious that the cross-bar on which lengths were marked ended inside, rather than beyond, the corresponding cross-bar on the further side of the saw horse. More robust than I had expected. Bought as present, and (I’m assured) much appreciated.

Very well made and sturdy for price.
Instructions not very clear but construction common sense . Good space saver with the way it folds up.

Firstly, I am delighted with the communication and speed of delivery from Radmore & Tucker, thank you!
I was familiar with this sawhorse before buying it myself. The assembly is straight forward even though the instructional diagram provided by Stihl could be better. The sawhorse itself is made from very good quality hardwood and the fixings are robust. Overall the product is very high quality and as others have said, it is very sturdy and will endure many years of hard use.

Bought this to use with battery chainsaw to saw firewood. Assembly was quick and straightforward. The only thing I did differently was to knot the elastic rope into place instead of using the staple. Very pleased with the quality of this. It appears to be robust and stable.

A good sturdy saw horse. Easy to put together and I’m sure it will last for a long time. Now to get to work…..

I only assembled it today–it looks and feels sturdy enough–is a little smaller than I expected but should be sufficient for my purposes so can’t complain there. Instructions are ok apart from nothing on the countersunk bolts. On first insertion, it was clear that the head needed to be a bit further into the wood so first I got out my drill and special bit so I could drill out the holes. Then I discovered, by chance, that a medium sort of bang with a hammer on the bolt head shoved it nicely into the wood and ensured a long enough protrusion at the other end to accommodate washer and nut. Oh and the little pin type bolt on a chain to go in one of the holes to hold the two halves together? That wasn’t noted in the instructions at all and it caused me some concern during assembly–what do I do with this thing? It became clear when I put the two halves together.
Overall, it is perfectly adequate for my needs and pretty good value for the price.

You’re buying a saw horse. A product you need to self-assemble. It will arrive promptly but the instructions will be not as helpful as you’d like. Fortunately it’s pretty straight forward to put together and doesn’t take long. The safety features are good . I haven’t sawn anything on it yet but it looks pretty sturdy.
