The Husqvarna R 214T Rider is a powerful ride-on mower that features a twin-cylinder engine and optional 94 or 103cm combi cutting decks. It has a rear-ejection BioClip cutting system, and is easy to manoeuvre, making it ideal for both large and small domestic lawns.

The mower’s articulated steering system allows you to keep control of the mower in difficult conditions, while the front-mounted cutting deck offers better visibility while using the mower. It’s not just a summer device, either. There are numerous attachments available, including a spreader, moss-rake, trailer and snow-blade, making this ride-on mower a useful machine to have for year-round garden maintenance.

This ride-on mower has a modern ignition system, so there’s no choking required, just turn the key and the mower is ready to go. It offers great manoeuvrability, with a small turning radius when the steering is at full lock. The articulated steering system and the easy to move rear wheels ensure that the mower will work well in all weather conditions. Even re-fuelling is a breeze thanks to the external fuel cap and the wide fuel tank opening. You don’t have to pop the engine hood when taking on more fuel, just unscrew the cap and fill the tank up.

The 16-inch wheels offer good stability and are ideal for driving on more delicate surfaces. They make riding on the mower more comfortable too, which is something that owners of bigger gardens will appreciate. The tilting hood and the easy-access servicing points ensure that maintenance is easy, and there’s a storage area on the left-hand side that offers easy access while the mower is in use.
