    Excellent product however delivery was disappointing. DPD promised delivery at specific 1 hour slot and day initially, this was then changed to the following day when we were then told they had missed us despite us being at home. The delivery was then diverted to our nearest Sainsbury store when it then took 2 days to be available for collection. Our local Sainsburys store does not have a car park so that meant a 70p charge to collect.

    I appreciate that much of this is outside your control.

    An excellent initial service let down by your carrier.
