230V quick charger for STIHL AK System and AP System batteries. This charger has a 6.5 A charging current for fast recharge times and a built-in fan for active battery cooling.

The AL 301 automatically switches off when the battery is fully charged to prevent overcharging too. Two-stage charging means the battery is first charged at a constant current up to a predetermined voltage limit. Then, the charger switches over to charging at a constant voltage before the current reduces itself automatically until charging is complete. A built in cable tie with Velcro strap on the back means you can wind the cable to the charger to reduce its length. Plus, this charger can be wall mounted for space saving storage.

  1. Rob Owen (verified owner) –

Great piece of kit to speed up the charging compared to the standard AL101 charger supplied with my mower. Wonderful service by Radmore & Tucker

  2. COLIN SHINGLER (verified owner) –

Can be used for charging both the AK and AP range of batteries. Looks the part and very well made. I personally use this for charging my four AK batteries quickly. Has the ability to be used vertically or flat on a bench/table. Much better than the standard AL 101 charger.
I would also recommend the Stihl small soft carrying case if you want to carry around the batteries(2 max) and charger in a well made case.
Recommend R&T for their prompt service at good prices.

  3. Garymcfarlane (verified owner) –

Great price and good quality and quick delivery

  4. Brendan Costigan (verified owner) –

It is larger than I expected.

The fan tends to kick in after a few minutes of being on, so it is not silent.

It charges my Stihl AP 300 S Battery in, I guess, a little over an hour.

    Works well.

  5. trevor lloyd (verified owner) –

much bigger than i anticipated but appears very solid and well built. only time will tell

  6. Craig Brown (verified owner) –

When they say it’s quick they are not kidding. Charged an AK20 from 50% twice with it and it took about 20 minutes. Fast enough to take away any runtime anxiety.

  7. Wendy (verified owner) –

Great charger quick and easy to use. Great service from Radmore and Tucker.
