    Bought to go with my new pressure washer. The good points are it’s light and easy to carry, works perfectly and I use it in preference to a hard plastic hose . More care is required when laying out the hose to ensure that there are no kinks otherwise water will be blocked, and when putting back on the reel after use, again no kinks otherwise the hose will not empty and you will not be able to reel it in. Both the latter points would be applicable to all fabric hoses and is something that you will get used to. It has not saved me any time compared to my larger hard plastic hose, but is a lot easier to carry around when setting up the pressure washer. Pleased with the purchase and Radmore and Tucker are great on pricing. Would buy again.

    Nice little hose that I bought to go with my new Stihl RE150 plus and it’s nice and compact which I particularly like. As for the the ordering In fairness I’m fairly new to ‘Radmore & Tucker’ but the delivery was fairly quick, nice confirmation emails from accepting order to despatch. Nice company to deal with and will use again.

    The star rating is purely based on the product and not the service from Radmore and Tucker which was 5 * ! The slightest kink in this pipe restricts water flow enough to compromise the operation of the pressure washer (RE150+ in my case). Likewise when rolling up the hose, any kink prevents water escaping and compromises the wind up operation. It seems well made and I like the idea but in practical use, who lays out a dead straight run of hose? As I say, this is feedback for Stihl not Radmore and Tucker

    It’s obviously a flat textile hose, but the benefit is it rolls into the cassette for easy storage and space saving. Very happy with it, and delivery from Radmore & Tucker was perfect.

    I’m a long term Stihl advocate and have everything from a back pack blower to a combi system and several chainsaws. Always Stihl. But this hose is a nightmare unless you possess unreal patience and if you value your sanity. As others gave said, the slightest kink and you’re done for. Only good for tidy, space saving cassette storage – except my cassette broke after just a few uses. Also difficult to drain the hose and, of course, without the cassette, not easy to stow.
