    Decent enough saw. Excellent for the money and surprisingly powerful. Cut back some overgrown willows and dogwoods with it and it performed very well. Only thing I can’t comment on is longevity as I only had it a couple of weeks.

    I have used a MSA120 saw for years until it was recently stolen. This MSA70 is an admirable replacement. I use it for arboreal work up trees and ladders, where it’s light weight allows me to use it one handed (not recommended) and with enough power to cut through 20cm leyland branches without difficulty (just go at it’s own rate and don’t force it). Battery life seems excellent.

    A note of caution- though it is small and light it is still a chainsaw and needs to be treated with the same respect as you would for any petrol saw!

    And finally – if you are new to Radmore and Tucker I can’t recommend them highly enough.
