Deigned to easily cut Polyester or Nylon ropes up to 18mm in diameter.
The blade is a high quility Trimming Blade as used in Stanley Knife style cutters.
To make a clean cut simply wrap some tape around the rope at the point at which you wish to make your cut. Cannot be used on technical ropes made from Dyneema or Tecnora.

    I have been using this on the job cutting polypropylene rope rodding and roping for telecommunications company. I am very pleased with this product so far. My only complaint would be the blades it comes with are not as sharp as they could be. Thus is the only reason I have given 4* not 5.
    When I replaced with a well known brand it works like a knife through butter. The fact I only have to replace blades when blunt is amazing. No more cutters for me. Highly recommended.
