Part of the powerful STIHL AP System, this cordless lawn mower is suitable for medium-sized gardens. The energy-saving eco mode also has a positive effect on the battery lawn mower’s operation time during mowing, collecting and mulching (the mulching kit is an optional accessory). The flow-optimised blade consumes very little energy generating minimal air resistance when cutting.
This battery-powered lawn mower can be easily adjusted to the desired cutting level thanks to the central height adjustment. Once the grass catcher box is full, the practical mono-comfort handlebar gives greater access to the catcher box for quick and easy emptying. With a foldable handlebar and carrying handle, the RMA 443 C battery lawn mower can be transported and stored effortlessly.

The RMA 443 C is part of the AP System PRO Cordless range of tools, with interchangeable batteries – it is not compatible with the AK batteries in the COMPACT AK Cordless System.

Carrying handles
The STIHL battery-powered lawn mower has two carrying handles integrated into the housing for ease of transport. They make the cordless mower easier to load or return to the upright position. The carrying handles are also suitable as lashing points, for example for securing the lawnmower with a strap during transport.
Foldable grass catcher box
The innovative grass catcher box is made of plastic and features a folding mechanism that makes it particularly easy to open and empty. The current of air produced during mowing blows the clippings into the grass catcher box and ensures its optimum filling. Special vanes in the box channel the air towards the ground, and so protect the user and lawn mower alike from dust and dirt that has been thrown up. The level indicator signals the correct time for emptying. The airflow generated by the blade raises the level indicator. When the basket is full, the airflow stops. If the airflow is too low, the level indicator returns to its idle state and this is an indication to empty the catcher box. Optimal airflow is required in order for the level indicator to function fully. External influences such as wet, dense or tall grass, a low cutting height, contamination, etc. may affect the airflow and the performance of the level indicator.
Flow-optimised blades
The flow-optimised blade trims the grass with minimal resistance, only swirling the air as much as absolutely necessary. As a result it consumes minimal battery capacity, which means that the stored energy is sufficient for the largest possible area.
Central cutting height adjustment
The central cutting height adjustment on this STIHL battery-powered lawn mower is spring-loaded making it easy to operate, and has several adjustment levels to obtain the desired cutting height for the lawn. The current height is indicated by a scale. In this way, the grass can always be optimally adapted to the conditions of the lawn surface and the use.
Polymer housing
The housings of the STIHL battery-powered lawn mowers are made of a high-quality polymer material. This extremely lightweight polymer housing combines high resistance and robustness against forces, heat and UV radiation.
Easy-running wheels
The easy-running wheels of our cordless lawn mowers are extremely robust and hard-wearing. They have been equipped with a traction pattern and directional stability tread pattern for effortless manoeuvring and perfect line holding during mowing.
Foldable handlebar
Thanks to its foldable handlebar, the battery-powered lawn mower can be quickly and easily folded. This enables the STIHL lawn mower is be stored very compactly or moved to the next place of use.
Eco-mode
When eco mode is activated, the speed of the lawnmower motor is automatically adapted to the actually required power. As a result, the STIHL battery-powered lawn mower consumes very little energy and can cover a larger area before it needs to be recharged.
Height-adjustable mono-comfort handlebar
The mono-comfort handlebar can be adjusted to the required body height without the use of tools for comfortable and ergonomic mowing. The handlebar can be folded for easier transport of the battery-powered lawnmower. The grass catcher box is mounted on one side for ease of access and removal.

An excellent product that is well made and seems up to the job. One battery seems to manage both front and back lawns on a medium size garden. The grass collection box is huge compared to all my old mowers. The only thing missing is a roller which I have had on previous electric cabled mowers, but not a big issue when you have the advantage of no electric cable. Overall, very, very pleased.

Used a few times now with AP300S batteries and can’t fault it! Easy to use and push it cuts lawn perfectly. Really close to the same torque as a petrol equivalent and without the need for having fuel etc. Easy to change the single blade for the mulching blade and plug if needed. Eco mode works really well. You can hear it dropping in engine speed when less demanding grass is being cut. Then increases in pitch when thicker patches are being chopped. Not the cheapest battery options out there but you certainly get what you pay for. Personally I am really very impressed and glad I purchased it. Thank you very much Radmore & Tucker!
