Features
Stihl’s latest 2-MIX engine is equipped with a stratified charge system. This allows for a power boost while also reducing pollution and fuel consumption. The new engine also has a reduced carbon footprint and is kinder to the environment.
Long Life Airfilter – With the new cyclone air system, up to 80% of air pollutants are separated from the air before it is passed through the air filter. Reduced filter workload means that the filter needs replacement less often and thus decreases maintenance downtime.
Anti vibration system – The vibrations generated by the machine is mechanically reduced, increasing the operator’s comfort in free-hand cutting operations. This allows the operator to use the device for extended periods of time without unnecessary strain
Stihl Elasto Start – The new and improved starter cable grip makes starting the machine a lot easier thanks to even power output on startup.
Fuel pump purger – The addition of a manual fuel pump has made it even easier to start the TS-800. By manually adding fuel to the engine before starting it is possible to start the machine much quicker and easier. The purger reduces the required strokes to start the machine by up to 40%
Compensator – The compensator automatically adjusts the fuel/air mixture to keep the engine performance level stable, irrespective of the quality of air provided.
Decompression valve – The decompression valve allows the system to start easier by managing the cylinder pressure during start-up
Ergonomic grip position – The new, re positioned grip is more ergonomic and makes using the TS-800 much easier
Acessories – Stihl also provides a wide range of accessories that perfectly compliment the TS-800 and makes it even easier to use. A cart can be added to your cut-off saw to make long straight cuts easier and more professional.
