The Makita DLM382CT2 Twin 18v LXT Cordless Lawnmower 38cm Kit comes complete with 2x BL1850B LXT batteries and 1x DC18SH Twin Port Charger. It features a 38cm blade and is a push-type drive cordless lawn mower with plastic deck.

The DLM382 has a soft start and an electric brake to stop the blades almost immediately. The grass collection box has a capacity of 40 litres with a visible level indicator and cutting length heights of 20 – 75mm, which can easily be adjusted by a single lever. Recommended for lawns up to 560m².

    Only used once and I have a small lawn so cannot comment on reliability or how long the charge lasts but it worked great. If you have other 18v Makita tools and buy before end of May you can get two free batteries. That’s 4 Batteries and a double charger. Practically get the mower for free, result.

    Excellent mower, very low noise and uses surprisingly little battery capacity. I was easily able to mow my unkempt lawns, around 50m2, without knocking a bar of the batteries, so it would manage much larger lawns with ease.
    My one complaint with this offer is the charger, which is a very low power, passively cooled unit, which takes about three hours to charge the batteries. The Makita single battery fast charger I have can charge both batteries in around 1.5 hours, with the disadvantage of having to do one at a time.
    The Makita offer of two additional batteries or a garden blower is very easy to redeem, simply go on the Makita site and enter proof of purchase.

    My purchase of a Mikita lawn mower was excellent, really easy to order on line, delivery was on time, and customer services were very pleasant to talk to and helpful.
    The mower came without the batteries and charger but radmore were very swift in correcting this, I received them the following day even though it was a bank holiday, excellent !!!
    For the Mikita free blower, that was easy to sign up for.
    I would definitely recommend Radmore & Tucker to deal with.

    Very pleased with this so far. Lasted just over an hour which is as much as I wanted to do in one go anyway!
    Waiting on the ‘free’ batteries so in theory I could mow for longer but meh!
    Shame it doesn’t come with the mulching plug – I’ve had to order that separately. I don’t want to have to collect and compost the clippings of a 1/3 acre lawn and the plug would allow the clippings to just be left on the grass – it’s a cheap plastic item so may as well have been included.

    Great product, as you’d expect from Makita. Cut approx 150m2 of lawn that was fairly long and damp and it did it with ease, and only used about 1/4 of the batteries. pretty impressive!
    Delivery was fast and efficient – ordered on the sunday and delivered on tuesday. Very good service.

    Ive used this a couple of times and its much better than expected, its quite, fast, and thank god no cables dragging a crossed boarders etc.
    The 2x 5.0Ah batteries have only been charged from the start and only one digit down on the charge display on batteries, and as for two promotion free batteries it was a no brainer to buy! (Great price and I hunted the Internet)

    An excellent product. I gave it a try on probably the last cut of the season. It’s a smallish lawn but the grass was a bit wet and a little long so I set the blade at a moderate height (40) and took it gently. It coped really well. The battery life seems more than adequate for both the front and the back lawns.

    So Easy.
    Great bit of kit. Light, cuts well and no cables. I would recommend cutting more frequently as in longer grass it does tend to slow a little. I do find that because there is no fuss with cables it does take less time to cut the lawns.
